The HSMAI Europe Certified Revenue Manager (CRM) Qualification is now being trained in the UK and for those interested in knowing more about the course, we will be holding presentations in London, Edinburgh and Manchester. The Certified Revenue Manager (CRM) qualification features three units each of five modules in the following subject areas;
1 – Revenue Management
2 – Distribution and Digital Marketing
3 – Elective Modules – development of individual specialist skills
Each unit is delivered over five classroom training days, with an online assessment at the end of each module. A case study completes the fifth module of each unit, generally worked on within a team that demonstrates practical application of the learning from the previous four modules within each unit.
Participants can choose their final five Elective modules from any of the accredited courses on offer, allowing them to specialise in areas of particular interest, or of particular relevance to the hotel business environment they are working in. There is a final exam following successful completion of all units. It is anticipated that the certification course will take between 12 – 18 months to complete.
