Presentation to Visit Cornwall businesses January 2013

Revenue Management for toursim businesses in Cornwall

Had great fun with the Visit Cornwall team, and about 180 businesses from around Cornwall. Many thanks to Amanda Griffiths, Emma and Aaron Pascoe, Penventon Park Hotel for their hospitality and helping me get ready for the day – and getting me back to the station on time for my train! Thanks to Robin Barker for organising the show and to Visit Cornwall for the opportunity to present Revenue Management Principles and Practices, which looked at applying revenue management across different profit centres and different service industries in Tourism.
